How to move through your life with greater clarity, simplicity and ease

Would you like to strengthen your mind-body connection, promote greater healing of your mind AND body, feel less stressed out, less anxious or depressed, and just have a greater sense of confidence, peace and well-being?

Would you like to retrain your brain so that you are in control of your brain as opposed to the other way around?

This three month program is a complete immersion into a lifestyle of mindfulness. By committing to a longer duration, you will be able to more fully integrate these timeless practices into your life and achieve long term results. You will learn more in-depth breathing and meditation techniques to help you navigate the challenges in your life with greater ease.

Through the coaching process, you will become aware of your fears, limiting patterns of beliefs, and behavioral habits that keep you from living your best life. You will bust through those limitations with clarity and confidence. The transformation process will set you up for long-term success in your sport, life, workplace, family relationships, friendships, and your health and well-being.

This package also includes unlimited email access to me, for the duration of the package, so I can support you in between sessions, as the need arises.

  • Initial 1 hour consultation
  • Six 30 minute consultations, scheduled every other week beginning two weeks after initial consultation
  • Two 45 minute meditation instruction sessions
  • Weekly check ins (by phone, text or email)
  • Unlimited priority email access to me to address any questions, concerns or support needs you might have in between consultations.

    Mindfulness and Meditation Introductory Program

    This one month program is designed to introduce you to foundational concepts of a mindfulness and meditation practice, as well as stress management tools. During this program, we will set the stage for a journey that can lead to greater clarity, simplicity and ease as you move through life. If you are not sure about how committed you can be to your transformation process and are interested in learning some tools to BEGIN your journey to a more peaceful life, this is a great start. If you are fully committed to your personal transformation and ready to go the distance, I recommend the three month deeper dive program.

    My message to you

    I live and breathe mindfulness, present-moment awareness and self-awareness.  My expertise does not come from a weekend, month-long, or year-long training program, but rather, from a lifetime of formal and informal learning, practicing, applying, and fine tuning these timeless practices.  My heritage includes a strong foundation of mindful living.  I grew up with it in every cell of my being.

    Placing all of my formal education, experience, and passion for the healing arts together, I have created unique and personalized programs that allow me to focus on healing from a whole body-centered approach. 

    A large part of healing is centered on the mind-body connection, because what happens in the mind happens in the body.  I have found that when people choose to heal, choose to respond differently, choose a healthier mindset, and choose to commit to their cause or themselves, they heal quicker, and they have healthier relationships. They have greater senses of well-being, they have less anxiety and depression, and they are happier people.

    On a personal note

    From a personal standpoint, my life path has taken me through a debilitating and crippling side effect from a medication which landed me in a wheelchair in 2014. This adverse reaction impacted my joints, tendons, muscles, nervous system, cognitive ability, hearing and eye sight.  At one point, I could not add 1 + 1.

    I healed myself over the course of a few years.  Over those few years, the importance of mindset training, meditation and mindfulness hit home.  I used it for pain management, dealing with anxiety, depression, and overwhelm, sleeping and visualizing healing. I also used these practices to navigate the emotional upset from subsequent unexpected setbacks I experienced. 

    As someone who was an athlete, I could no longer do any of my sports or access other physical tools that helped me stay mentally and physically balanced.  As a single mom of four children, I was no longer able to meet the expectations I had of myself of being an active, involved independent mother. The depth and breadth of my knowledge, along with mindfulness and meditation training helped me navigate this in a way that I would not have been able to do without it.  

    I am offering you a glimpse into part of my personal life because I want you to know that I get it.  I understand struggle, and I know how to use mindfulness, meditation and stress management techniques to manage energy and navigate through it.  I have lived it and I continue to live it.
