Ideally, putting a plan in place that addresses all areas of mind, body, and spirit, will provide for optimal health and well-being. By introducing lifestyle modifications and techniques for nourishing self-care in a step-wised approach, you will experience a gentle transition to peace and wholeness that is manageable and attainable.
During your first private session, I will do a comprehensive assessment of your needs, concerns, and goals. Because optimal health depends on the balance between the mind, body, and spirit, I will help assess where the dis-ease in your life originates, and how best to approach returning to wholeness. From here, you will dive into your personalized plan and start to transform your life.

Balance your Body
When we meet to discuss how to balance your body, I will provide you with an assessment form ahead of time so I can start to gather pertinent information about your medical history, family history, lifestyle, dietary and exercise habits, and symptoms of imbalance you are experiencing. Based on our discussion and information gathered, I will make recommendations as to a plan of action that will move you in the direction of a balanced, healthy, vibrant, energetic physical body. Recommendations may include bio-identical hormone replacement, nutritional supplements, fitness or exercise regimens, lifestyle modifications, and other self-care. Transform your Mind
Much of your physical and emotional health relies on learning skills to manage stress and anxiety. Finding a place of peace within yourself and reconnecting with joy in your life will help you heal and find your wholeness. The private sessions will be divided into two parts. The first part of the session will be educational and informative. In order to truly grasp how to manage stress effectively, it is important to understand why you are doing it and what to expect. We will discuss this in great detail. The second portion will be experiential. This is your time to learn actual techniques to manage stress, redirect your attention, find your happy place in times of turbulence, and more, depending on your specific needs, concerns, and situation. Learning to meditate by reading a book is much like learning to ride a bike by reading a book. It does not happen that way. You need someone to hold that bike, guide you, encourage you, and know when you are ready to ride on your own. The same holds true with meditation. I will hold space for you, guide you, encourage you, and hold your hand as you develop a solid meditation or mindfulness practice.
Empower your Spirit
Once you have incorporated meditation techniques into your daily life and are starting to feel balanced physically, we will begin to explore empowering your spirit. You will build upon basic meditation practices and introduce intention setting, the Law of Attraction, the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, and how to identify your unique gifts and talents. You will nurture within you, qualities of acceptance, kindness, compassion, and forgiveness. I will lead you through exercises and discussions geared to help you manifest your deepest driving desires in life, identify your purpose, and ultimately live your passion, doing more of what you love to do, and living an inspired life.
